Elegantly Simple Baby Blanket
With so much movement and design interest to this pattern stitch, its complex-looking structure is much easier to do than it looks. The pattern stitch is derived from the feather and fan family of Shetland lace patterns.
This blanket is self-edged, so when it’s done, it’s done. The beginning and ending borders are gracefully scalloped, and the side borders also have dainty small scallops.
