Champs-Élysées and Eiffel Tower Handwarmers
Even if you’re miles away from Paris this spring, sighing as you watch Gigi or Paris When It Sizzles for the hundredth time, I hope these handwarmers will bring some warm chic to your wardrobe. They are extremely versatile, as they can both be worn either way up, together or separately. The pink pair remind me of the long tree-lined Champs-Élysées, and when worn alone, reveal a pretty floral lace. The black handwarmers, with their row of tiny Eiffel Towers, complement the pink ones; they’re more geometric and balance out the feminine lace. The seam is left open at intervals to give peeks of pink, weaving in and out like the Seine. Both handwarmers are surprisingly quick to knit, so put on your favourite Paris film and get knitting!
