Row 1: k2 *slip 2 sts to cable needle at the back, k2, k2 from cable needle; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2
Row 2: purl
Row 3: *slip 2 sts to cable needle at the front, k2, k2 from cable needle; rep from * to end
Row 4: purl
