Bobbled Cable Knitting Stitch

Bobbled Cable Knitting Stitch

I just finished knitting up and photographing this pretty textured stitch with bobbles and cables. The pattern is for the panel of bobbled cables, I inserted 2 stitches of reverse stockinette in between each panel but you feel free to use how ever many you desire, this stitch would also look nice set between simple braided cables.

Abbreviations:

k = knit
p = purl
c4f = (cable 4 front)- slip 2 stitches to a cable needle and hold at the front of the work, knit 2, then knit the 2 stitches from the cable needle.
c4b = (cable 4 back)- slip 2 stitches to a cable needle and hold at the back of the work, knit 2, then knit the 2 stitches from the cable needle.
bb = (Bobble) – ( k1, p1, k1, p1, k1) into the next stitch; turn, p5; turn,slip 5 stitches purlwise to the right hand needle; pass stitches 2, 3, 4, 5 one at a time over 1st stitch. (only 1 stitch should remain).

    When you say, “Pattern continues from row 3 to 10” what do you mean? I am not clear on that. Thanks.
