Lovely Baby Frank the Goat is a pattern designed by Kimberly Chapman.
This pattern creates a small, playful goat toy, soft and full of character. The design is mostly worked in the round, with shaping techniques used to form the body, head, horns, ears, legs, and tail, giving it a stable 3D form.
The body begins from a few stitches and gradually increases to build volume, tapering with short-row shaping to create a natural curve along the back. The head is shaped similarly, and small details like eyes, nose, and mouth can be added with embroidery or yarn to give the goat a friendly, expressive face.
Horns, tail, and limbs are knit separately and sewn on, ensuring the toy stands and keeps its shape. The finished goat is both cuddly and structured, making it a charming handmade companion or decorative piece.
