Striped shawl in garter stitch

Striped shawl in garter stitch.

A very simple garter striped shawl knit in alternating ridges of lambswool yarn and alpaca. The entire shawl is knit by working 2 modules – a trapezium and a triangle which are worked alternately. The idea is that you can knit almost the entire shawl without having to count or look at the pattern, once you’ve learned the simple “rules” for each module.
The pattern can be worked in 2 sizes. The shawl in the photos is the large version.
