Pumpkin Cable Knitting Stitch Free Pattern.
A richly textured cable pattern featuring elegant 9-stitch left crosses and unique lifted loop stitches that create movement and depth. The result is a sculptural design that looks stunning in heavier yarns — perfect for statement sweaters, cardigans, or decorative panels on scarves and blankets.

Pattern Repeat:
Cast on a multiple of 18 + 5 stitches.
Repeat Rows 1–12 for the full pattern.
Special Stitches
YS (Yarn over and slip 1 stitch with yarn in front):
Bring yarn to the front, slip 1 stitch purlwise, then bring the yarn to the back over the needle.
RH (Right half):
Insert the right needle knitwise and slip the yarn over (yo) from the left needle knitwise. Knit the next stitch, then pass the slipped yarn-over over the knit stitch.
LH (Left half):
Drop the yarn-over from the left needle to the back of the work. Insert the right needle between the first and second stitches on the left needle and make a yarn-over. Knit the next stitch, then pass the new yarn-over over the knit stitch.
9-LH (9-stitch left cross):
Slip 6 stitches to a cable needle and hold in front of the work.
Knit 3 stitches from the left needle.
Slip the last 3 stitches from the left needle back onto the left needle.
Hold the cable needle with 3 stitches behind the work.
Purl 1, work RH, purl 1, then knit 3 stitches from the cable needle.
