Special Abbreviations:
Note Right Twist (RT): K2tog, leaving sts on left needle. Insert right needle from the front between the two sts knitted together. Knit the first st again, then slip both sts from needle together.
Left Twist (LT): With right needle behind left needle, miss one st and knit second st through the back. Insert right needle into backs of both the missed st and the second st, and k2 tog-b.
